If the OVO Energy service is already active at your home, you can cancel without any fees. You just remain liable for the amount of electricity consumed and the subscription until your effective termination. You can send your cancellation request:

The termination takes effect on the date of receipt of your letter and within a maximum of thirty (30) days from your request.

If you have already signed up with another energy supplier, you do not have to initiate a cancellation process with OVO Energy.
