Please note that a delay of 4 weeks maximum is observed between your date of change of provider confirmed by the network manager, ENEDIS, and the date of transmission of the cancellation invoice.
If you have not obtained your cancellation invoice, which is exceptionally the case, we invite you to contact the customer service of your previous supplier to do the necessary.
Some providers offer Chat messaging that allows you to get the document instantly by claiming it.
Information to communicate to your previous supplier:
- Your name, first name
- Date of change of supplier
- Your PDL
- Your consumption address
- Your contract number (former supplier)
